Draft — Klova is in early access. These terms will be reviewed by a lawyer before public launch.

What we collect

• Account: you sign in with Google. Google tells us your email address and basic profile (like your first name); we store only your email and your confirmation that you're 13 or older. We never see your Google password, and we never ask for your birthday, school, location, or photo.
• Your games: the ideas and answers you type, change requests, and the game files we build.
• Tokens and payments: your token balance and history. Card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them.
• Basic logs: errors and usage needed to run and protect the service.

How we use it

Only to build your games, run your account, prevent abuse, and improve Klova. We don't sell your information, don't show ads, and don't use your data to advertise to you.

Who we share it with

• AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) receive your game ideas and the game's code to build it. Don't put personal information in ideas.
• Google handles sign-in.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Fly.io hosts our servers.

Age

Klova is only for people 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 — if you think someone under 13 made an account, email us and we'll delete it.

Your choices

You can download your games any time and delete your account (and its games) from the account menu. Parents can email us to review or delete their child's information.
