Terms of Service

Last updated October 21, 2026

Draft — Klova is in early access. These terms will be reviewed by a lawyer before public launch.

Who can use Klova

You must be 13 or older to use Klova. If you're 13–17, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to buy tokens.

What Klova does

Klova uses AI models (from OpenAI and Anthropic) to design and build Roblox game files from your ideas. AI can make mistakes: games may have bugs, and you should test them in Roblox Studio before publishing.

Your games

You own the games Klova makes for you and can publish and earn from them on Roblox under Roblox's rules. You are responsible for what you publish. Klova is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

Rules

Tokens

Building and editing games uses tokens. You buy tokens by loading a balance (any amount we offer, currently $5–$100); each build's real AI cost comes off your balance, including builds that fail or are stopped partway (you pay for the AI work they used). Prices can change; we'll show the price before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe, which keeps your card on file; Klova uses that same card for pay-as-you-go top-ups. Tokens have no cash value, can't be transferred, and aren't refundable except where the law requires.

Pay as you go (automatic reloads)

Klova is pay as you go. When you load a balance, you authorize Klova to charge the same saved card that amount again whenever your balance runs low, including during a build so it doesn't stop halfway. Your most recent top-up amount is the reload amount. We charge at most 5 times in a day, send you an email receipt for every charge, and show a notice in the app. To stop all future charges, remove your card in Billing. If a reload fails or your card is removed, building pauses and any running build stops; it is charged only for the AI work it already used.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the account menu. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

No warranty

Klova is provided "as is" during early access. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost earnings, lost game data, or anything a published game does.
